• Regulation

  Samples processed by a UKAS accredited laboratory, ISO 15189:2022. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, ZB061995. Full detail on our Clinical Care page.

• Care Quality Commission

  The Livewell Syndicate is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission. We have begun the registration process and will publish our provider details here once registration is complete.

• Safeguarding

  We do not test anyone under 18. We have a written safeguarding policy and a named safeguarding lead, [name]. Everyone we employ in a public facing role holds an enhanced DBS check. Safeguarding concerns are referred to the relevant local authority safeguarding team.

• Daniel Snow

  Co-Founder and Managing Director

  Daniel Snow is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Livewell Syndicate. A University of Hull Sport Science scholarship student and graduate, Daniel began his career in elite level sport as a coach, author and consultant before transitioning to education and securing a PGCE. His move into health diagnostics wasn't purely academic. Having personally navigated a testosterone deficiency diagnosis, Daniel experienced firsthand how objective health data can reframe the way a person understands, and takes control of, their own performance and wellbeing. That experience now underpins much of how The Livewell Syndicate operates: the belief that people deserve access to clear, clinical information about their own health, without bureaucratic friction or unnecessary delay. At The Livewell Syndicate, Daniel leads the commercial and strategic direction of a service that spans private blood testing, mobile phlebotomy and corporate wellbeing programmes, helping both individuals and organisations move from vague health ambitions to measurable, data-backed outcomes. His particular focus is on challenging how businesses think about employee wellbeing, making the case for systems that are accountable and evidence-led rather than cosmetic. The ones he would have benefitted from during his earlier struggles. He is known for a direct, no-filler style, more interested in what the data says and what to do about it than in popular, over-hyped wellness theory.

• CJ Turrian

  Executive Director

  CJ Turrian is the Executive Director of The Livewell Syndicate and Co-Founder of Portfolio Twenty One Group. A linguist and teacher by training with a background in operational leadership, CJ co-founded The Livewell Syndicate alongside Daniel Snow in 2019 to bring structural integrity and clinical elegance to private health screening. Her approach is grounded in a simple conviction: excellence is in the 1 percent, and choices must be seen through with reason and intent. For CJ, true care goes far beyond standard paperwork - it requires genuine education, empowering clients with deep health intelligence so informed consent is meaningful rather than just a box ticked. She believes healthcare should feel fluid and welcoming, ensuring clients feel completely at ease and so well cared for that they wouldn't want their health in anyone else's hands. At The Livewell Syndicate, CJ oversees the operational scaffolding, safety protocols, and client experience across all diagnostic pathways. She ensures every blood panel, mobile phlebotomy appointment, and corporate screening is delivered seamlessly, with zero hiccups and absolute precision. She is known for combining an unshakeable commitment to high standards with a warm, high-touch delivery - focusing on frictionless execution, client comfort, and exceptional outcomes.
